1. There is a $50.00 deposit required to begin design (deposit will be applied to balance due) Please call us at 1-800-276-7754 with your credit card information (Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover)

2. We will issue you a .pdf file proof. You must have the Acrobat Reader to view these files. Adobe Acrobat Reader is available free of charge at www.adobe.com

3. You must respond to our proof emails with acceptance or indicate changes. We will continue to work with you until you are satisfied with your final design.

4. Most items are shipped UPS ground unless you specify otherwise. We ship world-wide via USPS.
